Lindsey is the best! She worked with my warranty company, got them to pay more towards a new transmission, which helped me a lot. She's professional and knows her stuff.
In the Contra Costa County area, I don't take my vehicle anywhere else. I always get very high-quality service here at AAMCO. Lindsey, the front office clerk, is a doll. She's extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that customers' needs are met. As an example, they recently completed a brake overhaul on my 2006 Dodge Minivan. I had front pads and rotors replaced and rear drums and shoes. A couple of weeks after they finished the job, some really bad juddering began from the rear when stopping. I figured the drums were warped, but since I'd just had them replaced, it was too early for them the be worn from normal use. There was a problem. So I took it back to AAMCO. Rather than them trying to pull some legal but shady business to make me pay again to fix it, they identified that the part had failed and fixed it right away at no charge. Despite the time lapse. Haven't had a problem since. That's the kind of honest, quality service you can expect at AAMCO. Highly recommended!
